core/common/datapoint-label.pipe.ts
Builds the label of a datapoint, either from the datapoint's own label or, if it has none, from
its fragment and series. Lives in the core entry point, so that every place displaying datapoints
derives their labels the same way. Outside a template, call translateDatapointLabel directly.
